Jeremy's cleansing / detox is still having effects on him - which is good, I guess! Yesterday he came home from work with a bad head cold (or the symptoms of it). This is one of the things he could expect from doing the cleansing.
So, for now Jeremy is fine with repeatedly blowing his nose and having his head feel stuffy because he knows it's just a matter of time before all the toxins and bad stuff is out of his system and he will be feeling great!
Check back tomorrow for a weight loss update - it should be pretty exciting!

Yes, the stuffy head is very likely from the detox. Keep hanging in there Jer.
