Jeremy lost another two pounds this week putting him at 239lbs! This brings him to a total loss of 43lbs.
He is noticing his "love handles" are shrinking and is enjoying fitting into his smaller-sized clothing. The work pants we bought for him recently are already starting to need a belt. Won't be long and we'll have to downsize again!
